Got a swim and run in yesterday before spending the day in Philadelphia with the boyfriend and then meeting up with friends for an amazing dinner. (Where we had to also confirm plans for places to stay for the half and full this fall - score)

So this morning was my first intentionally fast bike ride. I need to pick up the speed for my race in September so today I shot for around 15mph the whole ride. I averaged around 14 but I’m getting there. 20 miles in the book.

June by numbers:
June started with a BANG and sort of fizzled out in general - BUT that was because I had my first tri at the beginning of the month and start marathon training in July.

Swam 1250m this morning after have an awful day yesterday :-( After my ride I felt so sick and all through work I felt so sick. I think it was dehydration. Anyway, I wasn’t sure if a workout was going to happen this week but it did!!

Had a great one hour INDOOR boxing class - this heat is uber cray cray and I did not want to die today. Now off to work where all my old people will be wearing sweaters and I will think they are even crazier - but I love them.

Had a great 23 mile breakfast ride with my riding group yesterday morning. We rode, ate breakfast, and rode back… only downside is the sunburn - must remember sunblock :-(
